I think we need a proper introduction to Cannes, don’t you? I got all carried away in the Forville Market and I bet you think that’s all I saw! So let’s start at the beginning…….what did we see when we first got off the ship? Here is Le Vieux Port, our first stop of the day!

and then a walk by the beach was in order…………

There is a huge boardwalk with places to sit and watch the world go by at the little bistros and ice cream shops……….

Many bike to the beach and park by the garden…….

However, our first goal of the morning was to walk to the top of the town to see the views from the church…… and castle ramparts. Let’s go!

But, the church had trash cans and pedestrian barriers all around it, so I won’t show that photo. Disappointing since we walked up here to see it ……..ha ha! But, this was a nice shot………

I guess we’ll just turn around and walk down…… So what will we see on the other side? See you there tomorrow!
