As with all outdoor seating in cafés and restaurants, your seat comes with a blanky……..the month was August!

We stayed at the beautiful Continental Hotel, which is connected to the Theater Café…….

Let’s go in…….

Theater Café, Hotel Continental, Oslo, Norway

It is like we have stepped back in time! It was quite classy for a café! I wish I had taken photos of the menu (all in Norwegian) and what I ate, but I didn’t. I was too busy looking at the room and the people eating there!

They too, have outdoor seating………with pillows and blankys! ……

The sculptures near the bathrooms were eye catching!

She seemed a little depressed that day!

Let’s just say, I kept my eyes on the flower arrangements!

They should put those statues outside so they could see the marvelous doors. The street views of the Hotel Continental and Theater Café almost look like a riverboat. I love the doors and the photographs showing the details.

  5. Great doors and details, Cady, although the sculpture/statue isn’t my thing. 🙂 I love the door handle on the Theater Cafe door. As for the blankies, our girls both had something similar to lie on when they were little. We called them lambies and the girls loved them.

I loved the ambience. The restaurant looks cozy and the little intricate details of motifs and installations add beauty to the settings.
