It’s a beautiful place, that’s for sure! You almost had me leaping around the living room. Oh, to be able to dance like that! 🙂 🙂 Great video, Cady. I love the splash effect between scenes. Happy St. Patrick’s Day to you!

I love those cliffs. It’s years since I’ve seen them for real. In fact almost the whole video was a trip down Memory Lane. Thanks!

Gardening since 9am. It’s a stunningly gorgeous day here. I’ll do some jigging after dusk. Maybe a Guinness too.

Mo cheol thú is best translated as you’re the best. You’ve got the rest spot on…

Took me on a journey back to my childhood but makes me sad as well because today I should have been spending Paddy’s Day with family in Ireland. Well, perhaps next year. Thanks for a lovely post – you are a clever lady.

Mari, I think once the flood gate is opened, we all will be off! I spent the weekend shopping and eating out (indoors) and just plain frolicking, MASKLESS! I felt like a brazen woman! We are getting there! Cady

Pádraig isn’t Emma special! Loved the video and that cemetery! I have had some questions about the Irish jig on my blog……is there just one type of jig? And is there particular music considered Irish Jig music? I always thought all the twirling and hopping was the Irish Jig as opposed to River Dance style of music and dance. Can you explain more about it ?

I’ve got two left feet, so dancing is out of the question. There are many variations of movement. Jig is a musical genre, and there are thousands of them.
That’s about as clear as mud.

I will have to find out more! Cady

River Dance is simply one composition, made famous because it has added a bit of sexiness.

Such a fun video. What is the name of this jig?

I just call it the Irish Jig! I will have to ask my Irish friend if there is a difference between them!
