Good Morning SOS folks! I thought I’d get photos of the last of the summer days! It’s finally cooling down to the 70’s in the daytime and 50ish at night!

I planted the agapanthus a few years back as annuals and they have come back every year! I’ve probably jinxed myself now!

I potted the white hibiscus in a large container to see how it would do and make it easy to move around in my garden. I love planting in pots! I am hoping it gets big enough huge to hide those ugly wires. It does keep on blooming and blooming……….

I have two of red hibiscus that I planted in the ground and I can’t wait to see how big they get. One is in the back and one is near the front of the garden path……….

And finally, a photo of my anniversary flowers……..my hubby gets me a large vase of our wedding flowers every year on our anniversary……..aren’t I the lucky gal?

Well that is all for this week! Have a great week in your garden!
The instructions for SOS are easy. The photos can be flowers, vegetables, a garden design, whatever, as long as it’s garden related and posted on Saturday! So, its six photos. Of Gardens. On Saturday. Easy Peasy. To see all the SOS’s look at SIX ON SATURDAY, hosted by the Propagator, to check out all of them each Saturday! See you next week in another spot!
Happy anniversary! That’s a beautiful bouquet.

Agapanthus is an annual? No wonder my bunch didn’t return after its first year.

What a nice bouquet, happy anniversary! The white hibiscus needs to hear how silly it looks with those huge flowers in such profusion, being so short. The flowers are amazing.

Belated Happy Anniversary! What a gorgeous bouquet.
70F is warm to us in Scotland (I’m talking summer) and 50F is around normal daytime temperature for this time of the year, though we’re having a balmy 60F today. But I understand how hot it gets where you are, and how difficult the heat becomes, so I am glad you’re enjoying the cooler climate.
You’ve made such a difference to your garden. And the agapanthus are simply stunning – well done for getting them to flower. Beautiful hibiscus too, Both the red and the white.

Thank you Catherine! 70F is on the really low side for us especially in the summer. We are having high 70F weather again this week, but at least the humidity is not as high. In August you don’t want to work in the garden! My hubby has given me the same bouquet every year we have been married. These were the flowers used in our wedding! Happily married forever!

Lovely to see your posts again! The Agapanthus is lovely with touches of blue in the flowers. Just as well it returns each year as it would be a shame to lose those pretty flowers.
Congratulations on your wedding anniversary! That is a lovely selection of flowers!

H and M, thank you so much…..I had a stroke on Memorial Day (while writing a blog post no less), but I am good now. I gave my brain a rest for a while! Ha Ha! But I am good to go and back at it! Look forward to reading all the posts again as I have missed you all!
