Lens-Artists Photo Challenge #84 : Narrow

I’m joining the Lens-Artists Photo Challenge this week for the first time. Amy, from The World is a Book has chosen Narrow as our theme…… First a narrow street and tunnel in Stockholm…………

Old Town Stockholm: Street View

This sculpture was on board the Seven Seas Explorer……it looks like an angel to me with a very narrow waist………hopefully my new body in heaven…….

Also, on the ship…………. how about the very narrow squiggles in this carpet? If you are prone to seasickness I don’t think this would help……….

Looking up at these windows in Riga there was narrow and narrower……….or as I like to say, tall and skinny………..

Riga, Latvia, Windows

The beer was awfully good in Klaipeda, Lithuania……………so, I got a close up………narrow at the bitty bottom………..

Love thy neighbor in Warnemunde, Germany. This is the very narrow, walkway between the houses………

I wanted some Christmas ornaments from this Christmas Shop in Bergen, Norway. I saw the ornaments I wanted in the shop window downstairs……..It was only when I saw the sign and the look of these stairs that hubby volunteered to go up and get them…… They were narrow, deep and crooked!  And there was a bonus block step at the very bottom! But, I got the ornaments!

It’s fun to look through your photos! It brings back memories of everything you’ve seen! If you would like to participate in next week’s Photo Challenge, look HERE ! A new theme is posted every Saturday!

PS, My featured photo was taken in Kristiansand, Norway at the harbor.  Those sculptured pieces were narrow, narrow boats!

  4. Yeah, those last steps are more than a little askew!! These are all good examples, but the first shot is by far my favorite. Hurrah for Christmas ornaments.

Welcome to the challenge! Here you have found many great examples of narrow – my favourite is the last one. I must admit that the carpet would not be right if you were feeling see sick…

  6. That carpet made me dizzy just looking at it. I’d hate to see what it’d feel like up close.
