We have arrived in Positano on a hot Sunday afternoon and what is everybody doing?

They are at the beach! I can’t believe how blue the water is!

People are trying to cool off!

And some are under the very colorful umbrellas………….

No shampoo or soap allowed at the shower!

This is the only “fat” lady I saw here and she probably washed up to shore! There is a story here somewhere! My, what a big foot she has!

There are two places to look and enjoy Positano. Look up  at the housing and restaurants or down at the beach…………..

The narrow shopping streets are filled today too.

I loved this view and could wake up to it every morning………..

There are many restaurants along the beach front. This one had amazing seafaring lights on shepherd’s crooks  and very big pots……..

Or, if you really liked HUGE pots this place was for you!

You could sit in the balcony……….

or dine at beach level………

or find a table under the mermaid………..

This is a relaxed looking area …………the peach and turquoise do it for me!

or you could wind your way up the to Saracens Cove……..

But, at the end of the day it was appetizers in our room……..

And eating what the Italians do best……..PIZZA!

Next, we’re off to Montenegro. What will we find there? We can’t wait! See you soon!
