We have arrived in the Port of Barcelona, where we will be getting off the ship. There is so much to see here I have decided to write several  blog posts to capture this beautiful city. If you like architecture you have come to the right place! But, I am a little short on time today……so only one door. It’s the Door of the Happy Pills Shop in Barcelona! I kid you not. According to them…………

Sweet remedy for everyday pains

Happy pills it’s a family business born in Barcelona and destined to take over the world.

PS It’s a candy store!

I don’t know if this would go over in the US. We don’t like to associate candy with pills. But, here in Barcelona, you go in Happy Pills (it looks just like a pharmacy) and pick up your prescription bottle and then go around picking up the various pill candies to fill your bottle!

So, I am happy enjoying the day! It is 75 here again today and I want to get out and be happy in it, while it lasts! I make my own happiness!
