When I think of the South and flowers, the first thing that comes to mind is the flowering shrub, the azaleas. Wow do they pack a punch of color! Have you ever watched the Augusta National Golf Tournament? The entire course is blanketed in azaleas! This year there is concern that the azaleas may be lacking, since they started blooming so early.  They may have reached their peak already! I hope not! They are beautiful! Today’s color is Shocking Pink!
